ocean view terrace motel is an adorable inn with everything you need. my room was well-equipped with a comfy king bed, mini kitchen, and ceiling fan. it's just across the street from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the water. the hosts were fantastic, welcoming me warmly and helping organize bike rentals.

The room was well-designed with clever use of space, allowing for a mini kitchen and comfortable seating. I also appreciated the proximity to the beach and the beautifully maintained grounds that added charm to the stay.

The stay was delightful thanks to the great location right across from the ocean. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view of the bay from the balcony. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, making for a restful night after exploring nearby attractions. While breakfast could use some improvement, there are plenty of dining options in town if you're looking for something more substantial.

We enjoyed Meschutt Beach for the lifeguarded area, picnic vibes, and a playground for the kids. The live music and beach food were awesome! We also checked out Montauk for some fishing and surfing, making great memories together. Highly recommend it for a fun getaway!

On the downside, the room walls were pretty thin, and we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms, which interrupted our fun occasionally.

bright, clean stay with easy access to hampton bays attractions

I enjoyed a lovely view from my room and the property was meticulously maintained, making my stay incredibly pleasant. it was great being just a few steps from the beach to enjoy the sand and surf while also being near great local eateries like the Hampton Maid for breakfast.

I found this little inn adorable and everything was in excellent shape like it was prepared for a king the king bed meant I got a good sleep as I laid there thinking about the choices I made in life and that mini kitchen saved my tail when I brought back leftovers from dinner
